The exact cleaning checklist is customized for each property, host instruction, and guest-ready standard.
Hosts select preferred brands, minimum quantities, and purchasing limits. Product costs are billed separately from service fees unless otherwise agreed. Juniper will not exceed the host's approved purchasing limit without authorization.
Reports document visible conditions observed during service. They are not professional engineering, safety, mold, pest, code, legal, or insurance inspections.
Optional add-ons
Laundry and linen coordination, deep cleaning, owner closet organization, trash and bin service, last-minute coverage requests, and visible maintenance reporting can be discussed as optional additions to a service plan.
